Bonnici Brothers Limited was founded in 1975 and constitutes part of the Bonnici Group together with Zrar Limited, United Equipment Company Limited and UNEC Leasing. The company is managed by co-founders John, Benjamin, Emanuel and Mario Bonnici.

Bonnici Brothers Limited is a leading organization principally engaged in the local construction industry and in the civil engineering projects that involve earthworks, demolition and road construction works. Bonnici Brothers Ltd has also invested in the manufacturing plant and technology for the production of Sealoflex polymer modified bitumen under licence from Ooms International bv in order to supply the local market as well as for export to North African countries.

The company's success is due to continuous investment in the upgrading of its machinery, training of human resources and development of technical expertise. Today the company employs over 140 employees who are organized under a professional management team that includes architects and civil engineers, land surveyors, quantity surveyors, draughtsmen, supervisors and foremen. The company's superb reputation of reliability has enabled it to be involved in some of the most important civil engineering projects in Malta.
