Bonnici Group is constituted by four companies, Bonnici Brothers Limited, Zrar Limited, United Equipment Co. (UNEC) Limited and UNEC Leasing.

Bonnici Brothers Limited was founded in 1975 and constitutes part of theBonnici Group together with Zrar Limited, United Equipment Company Limited and UNEC Leasing. The company is managed by co-founders John, Benjamin, Emanuel and Mario Bonnici.

Zrar Limited forms part of the Bonnici Group together with Bonnici Brothers Limited, United Equipment Company Limited and UNEC Leasing. Established in 1983 today is one of the leading companies that produces and supplies construction materials to the local building industry. The company manages the hard stone quarry from taâ™ Zuta, limits of Dingli. Zrar Limited has added a new and valuable dimension to the operational capabilities of the Group.

United Equipment Co. (UNEC) Limited was incorporated in 1989 and imports heavy machinery, warehouse equipment, marine engines and other equipment for the construction industry. The company is the official representative for worldwide renowned brand names such as Caterpillar, DAF, Hyster, LDV and TEMSA. United Equipment Co. (UNEC) Limited is also the local representative for Olympian generators, Sandvik hydraulic hammers, Gomaco concrete curbers, Bolzoni Auramo and Kaup warehouse equipment, Schaeff-Terex tunneling and mining machines, Dulevo and DEC cleaning equipment, Rotair compressors, Double Coin truck tyres, Anteo tail lifts and Greenchem adhesive.
